I can still remember way back in the day when my brother and I would celebrate the fourth of July. We would have a great night of lighting fireworks in front of the house, and then relax in our air conditioned room. With a big bowl of vanilla ice cream in hand, with a bunch of vanilla cookies we'd enjoy the lights in the sky.
Tonight I'm going to Weehawken to see the fireworks. It should be a good one, since we'll be just across the river.
Today is a great day to think about, and appreciatie all the things we have in our lives. As a matter of fact, I think we should have gratitude each and everyday. Lately I've been thinking about it more than ever.
